This role involves managing a team of trainers, creating comprehensive training calendars, and ensuring logistics and subject matter expert availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute training sessions across various topics, including induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates.">
  • Activation Targets: Drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to close performance gaps.">
  • Team Capability Building: Conduct regular Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.">
  • Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance with company policies and code of conduct, capture and share training data, insights, and feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.
