The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training and development, with experience in conducting soft skills training programs. This role involves delivering new hire induction training, refresher sessions, and coaching employees to enhance their customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive soft skills training programs covering communication, email etiquette, customer handling, conflict resolution, time management, team collaboration, and leadership essentials.
- Design tailored training content, role plays, simulations, and case studies relevant to the BPO/customer service environment.
- Assess training needs through surveys, performance reports, and manager feedback, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coach and mentor employees to improve their customer interaction, empathy, and problem-solving skills, resulting in enhanced job performance.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-the-job performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize training outcomes.
- Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align training modules with business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering soft skills training programs.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to assess training needs, design effective training solutions, and evaluate program success.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations, training materials, and other resources as needed.
