Job Overview:

  • Assume responsibility for analyzing training needs within sales teams, collaborating closely with Business Heads to identify skill gaps and recommend tailored interventions.
  • Develop an annual training plan and calendar aligned with organizational objectives, encompassing all necessary skills and competencies for the sales force.
  • Design engaging training modules, leveraging various channels to deliver content on products such as equity markets, debt markets, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, and derivatives, aimed at effectively onboard new hires through comprehensive induction and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain continuous updates of training materials to reflect market advancements, regulatory changes, and product innovations, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
  • Conduct Investor Awareness Programs in line with SEBI norms, focusing on promoting financial literacy and enhancing product understanding among investors.
  • Support non-training initiatives like product launches, market updates, and regulatory change communications, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Closely collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to guarantee that training content aligns with business requirements and compliance standards.
