Job Title: Program Coordinator - Skill Development

We are seeking dynamic professionals to support and strengthen our existing and upcoming skill development programs across Odisha. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in managing skill projects and a sound understanding of the local context in the state.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time position that requires extensive travel across different districts of Odisha.
  • The selected candidates will be expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
  2. Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
  4. Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
  5. Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
  6. Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
  7. Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc.
  • Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
  • Self-driven with the ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines.
