Program Management Associate Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our organization as a Program Management Associate. This role will focus on planning, executing, and managing strategic school engagement programs in collaboration with partner schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing strategic events & activities in schools onboarded with us
  • Designing and managing student engagement activities in collaboration with schools
  • Coordinating with internal teams (academic, operations, marketing) and external stakeholders (school authorities, vendors)
  • Ensuring smooth event operations and execution on the ground
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and communication materials for school programs
  • Monitoring program impact and providing feedback for improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong PPT and presentation design skills
  • Hands-on experience in event planning and operations management
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines effectively
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset
