Job Title:

Product Trainer – Wealth Products

  • Drive the success of new Relationship Managers by providing comprehensive training and support.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Trainer, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and delivering training programs on wealth management products and solutions tailored to HNI and institutional clientele.
  2. Onboarding and mentoring new Relationship Managers, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles.
  3. Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Relationship Managers, providing coaching and feedback to drive results.
  4. Collaborating with management to track performance metrics and implement corrective action plans to drive business outcomes.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and certifications, ensuring that Relationship Managers have access to the latest knowledge and tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A strong understanding of HNI and institutional client needs and relationship-building strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial products and tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
