We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to support our Human Resources & Administration departments.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have experience in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding Management: Prepare employment contracts, schedule orientations, and maintain necessary documentation.
  • Employee Offboarding Management: Coordinate exit interviews, final documentation, and benefits arrangements.
  • Personnel Record Management: Organize and update employee records using internal databases.
  • Database Updates: Regularly maintain and update internal databases.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating reports on HR metrics.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide payroll input to the Finance department and assist with recruitment activities.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Document Management: Maintain company documents and records according to established guidelines.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Audit Compliance: Ensure all administrative records and processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Agreements: Maintain client agreements and monitor renewal timelines.
