Job Title: HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to fill this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate smooth onboarding for new joinees from documentation to induction and first-day experience.
  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engaging activities and initiatives to boost employee morale and strengthen team culture.
  • Employee Connect: Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees, building trust and maintaining regular touchpoints.
  • HR Operations & Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as database management, coordinating with central teams, and supporting payroll or compliance processes.
  • Query Resolution: Address employee queries related to policies, benefits, leave, and other matters promptly and empathetically.
  • Culture Champion: Help nurture and promote core values and inclusive culture across the office.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or currently pursuing HR or related studies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, organized, and approachable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eager to learn and take ownership.
