Role Summary:

We are seeking a driven individual to support the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns in partnership with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement co-branded campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Create persuasive proposals to communicate value propositions and return on investment.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to inform campaign strategy.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Leverage digital tools to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.

About You:

  • You have 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • You possess excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • You are proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
  • You are comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.

Success Metrics:

  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable key performance indicators.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
