The ideal candidate should possess strong HR principles knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive insights.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing employee engagement programs, organizing team-building activities, handling employee grievances, and facilitating goal setting and performance reviews.
To succeed in this role, you should have an MBA in Human Resource and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools. Additionally, you should be able to handle conflict-resolution situations effectively and have a strong analytical mindset.
