Job Title: Intern– Employee Engagement
Location – Mumbai
As an Employee Engagement Intern, you will support our People & Culture team in creating a vibrant, inclusive, and engaging work environment. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on HR experience, especially in employee engagement, events, and culture-building activities
What you will do:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs (virtual and in-person).
- Support culture-building initiatives that promote collaboration and positivity.
- Help manage recognition & rewards programs to boost morale.
- Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback reports.
- Coordinate wellness and work-life balance activities for employees.
- Support in event planning and execution, including team bonding activities.
- Help track engagement data and prepare reports for management.
Who you are:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / PGDM in HR, Event Management, or related fields.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and passionate about workplace culture.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Comfortable with both virtual and in-person event coordination.
- Familiarity with engagement platforms (e.g., Slack, MS Teams) is a plus.
