Job Title: Strategic People Lead

Role Overview:

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will lead the development and execution of people processes that drive business success. You will oversee key initiatives including performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement data-driven people strategies aligned with business goals
  • Develop and manage recognition and reward programs to enhance employee experience
  • Continuously assess HR metrics and feedback to inform process improvements
Leadership and Collaboration
  • Partner with senior leaders to integrate people strategies with business priorities
  • Lead training programs to upskill HR professionals in areas such as performance management and goal setting
  • Provide strategic insights through analysis of HR data and employee feedback
Process Optimisation
  • Continuously improve core HR processes for agility, relevance, and employee-centricity
  • Leverage technology and innovation to elevate the employee experience
  • Ensure compliance and best-in-class execution of HR frameworks
Required Qualifications:
  • MBA in Human Resources from a top-tier B-school
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Centre of Excellence (COE) roles, with a focus on people processes
  • Desirable: Prior experience leading people initiatives in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR frameworks, performance management systems, and people development practices
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data-based decision making
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization
