We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Manager with expertise in crafting winning proposals for federal government contracts, particularly IT-focused projects.

About the Role:

  • Lead proposal development for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders for IT projects, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements, develop compelling proposal sections, and create persuasive win themes.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools and techniques.
  • Write, edit, and review proposal content for IT solutions, ensuring clarity, coherence, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews, maintain compliance matrices, and manage content libraries.
  • Stay current with federal acquisition regulations and agency-specific IT requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing for U.S. federal bidding on IT projects.
  • Expertise in federal procurement processes, IT compliance standards, and contract management.

Necessary Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite for proposal drafting and technical diagram creation.
  • Adobe Acrobat Pro for document editing and compliance verification.
  • SharePoint or Google Workspace for collaboration and file sharing.
  • Proposal software for workflow management and team coordination.
  • Project management tools for tracking bids and progress.
  • IT-specific tools for architecture diagrams and software versioning.
