Job Description:

As a seasoned Proposal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in crafting compelling proposals that drive business growth and success. You will be responsible for leading the proposal development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive proposal plans, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality content, including case studies, solution documents, and white papers
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify key differentiators and market trends, informing proposal strategy and messaging
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop account-specific sales plans and strategies
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales and proposal writing, preferably in an IT services or staffing company
  • Strong understanding of US Federal government contracting, including FAR and DFARS regulations
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality proposals, resulting in successful wins
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex information into clear, concise language
  • Hands-on experience with proposal writing tools and software, such as MS Office and Google Docs
