We are a leading provider of EOT cranes and material handling solutions, seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer/Territory Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong understanding of industrial material handling needs. As a Senior Sales Engineer/Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, construction equipment, packaging, PEB manufacturing, and more.
- Promote and sell EOT cranes, hoists, and material handling solutions to prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Bypass barriers to build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and post-sale support.
- Technical Expertise and Solution Selling:
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and offer the best solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to customers.
- Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations as required.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, activity reports, and other performance metrics to management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: B.E Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus.
- Experience: 5–8 years of experience in sales of EOT cranes, hoists, or industrial material handling equipment.
- Strong Technical Understanding: Of cranes, hoists, and related solutions.
- Proven Track Record: Of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
- Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented:
- Capable of Working Independently:
- Willingness to Travel Extensively: As per business requirements.
