Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Engineer/Territory Manager Sales to drive sales growth, develop strong customer relationships, and deliver tailored solutions for industrial material handling needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Promote and sell EOT cranes, hoists, and material handling solutions to clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives through effective planning and execution.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers.

Technical Expertise and Solution Selling:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand product specifications and offer best solutions.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical consultations and product demonstrations.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with design, production, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Submit sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: B.E Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in sales of EOT cranes or industrial material handling equipment.
  • Strong technical understanding of cranes, hoists, and related solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented.
