Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our training operations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training, process coaching, or quality management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for the entire team.
  • Design forward-thinking initiatives that align with industry trends.
  • Oversee and refine training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
  • Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring managers and AMs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement and evolve quality management practices across training programs.
  • Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics and feedback.

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to align training initiatives with company goals.
  • High-Level Mentorship: Expertise in coaching and developing senior team members.
  • Change Management: Proven experience managing change and driving transformation within training programs.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably from Life Science background)

Experience: 15+ years of experience in Medical Coding, with at least 5 years of experience in HCC Specialty and substantial team management experience
