Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for the entire team.
- Design forward-thinking initiatives that align with industry trends.
- Oversee and refine training methodologies to enhance learning efficiency and outcomes.
- Provide strong leadership by managing and mentoring managers and AMs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Implement and evolve quality management practices across training programs.
- Continuously improve training frameworks based on performance analytics and feedback.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to align training initiatives with company goals.
- High-Level Mentorship: Expertise in coaching and developing senior team members.
- Change Management: Proven experience managing change and driving transformation within training programs.
- Innovation & Adaptability: Ability to quickly adopt and implement cutting-edge training solutions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate (Preferably from Life Science background)
Experience: 15+ years of experience in Medical Coding, with at least 5 years of experience in HCC Specialty and substantial team management experience
