Job Title

Cisco UCCE CVP Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements to design robust Cisco UCCE and CVP architectures.
  • Create detailed design documents, high-level diagrams, and integration plans for scalable contact center solutions.
  • Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, including ICM PGs, Call Servers, Gateways, Media Servers, Finesse, and supporting applications.
  • Integrate Cisco UCCE and CVP with CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording, analytics, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Develop, update, and troubleshoot CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution.
  • Provide tier-3 support for complex issues involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.
  • Monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows to identify opportunities for optimization.

The successful candidate will maintain comprehensive documentation, collaborate with technical teams, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical guidance on best practices and new technologies.

Requirements
  • Proficient in Cisco UCCE and CVP architecture, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, voice over IP, and data communication networks.
  • Experience with CRM systems, workforce management, IVR, call recording, analytics, and other enterprise solutions.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design robust solutions.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
