About Our Digital Engineering and Technology Services

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to design and deploy scalable, resilient contact center solutions using Cisco UCCE and CVP.

Our ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing business requirements and designing robust architectures that meet the needs of our clients. They will lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of UCCE and CVP components, ensuring seamless integration with third-party applications and existing telephony and network environments.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing, updating, and troubleshooting CVP VXML applications and ICM scripts to support dynamic routing, self-service, and intelligent call distribution. They will collaborate with development teams to address custom requirements and provide tier-3 support for complex issues involving UCCE, CVP, and related technologies.

In addition, they will monitor system health, performance metrics, and call flows to identify bottlenecks, capacity issues, and opportunities for optimization. The engineer will plan, test, and execute upgrades, patches, and migrations for UCCE and CVP platforms, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
