Data Center Cooling Expert

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Cooling Expert to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cooling solutions for hyperscale data centers. With a strong background in thermal management, HVAC systems, and energy-efficient technologies, you will be responsible for ensuring our data centers achieve optimal performance, efficiency, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cooling System Design: Develop innovative cooling solutions for hyperscale data centers, including chilled water systems, direct expansion (DX) systems, air and liquid cooling technologies, and alternative methods.
  • Cooling Infrastructure Design: Design and optimize cooling infrastructure to maintain desired temperature and humidity levels, ensuring efficient performance, system reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Thermal Load Analysis: Perform detailed thermal load analysis to assess heat generation and distribution within the data center, recommending cooling strategies that meet capacity and redundancy requirements.
  • Airflow and Cooling Efficiency Optimization: Utilize computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulations and other tools to model airflow and cooling efficiency, identifying potential areas for system optimization.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors, to integrate cooling solutions with other building and data center systems.

Project Management and Oversight: Lead the technical aspects of cooling design throughout the project lifecycle, from concept through to installation, testing, and commissioning.
