Job Title: UCCE Technical Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) technical expert.
  • Support Cisco UCCE, UCCX, PCCE solutions and 3rd party Call recording platforms.
  • Technical expertise in Cisco ICM/CCMP/CVP/CUIC & troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE & IPT platforms.
  • Familiarity with VOIP protocols like SIP, H.323 and MGCP.
  • Awareness of ITIL process.
  • Cisco Voice network deployment models and voice network devices functionality.
  • VOIP and Performance Management Tools integration experience.
  • Understanding of Telecom infrastructure protocols like ISDN and analogy signalling.
  • Ready to support a 24/7 business environment.
  • Experience in Cisco Voice platform.
  • CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP platforms work experience.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Collaboration with Third Party Providers for Problem resolution and OEMs incident resolution.
  • Remote/on site troubleshooting activities encompassing system design issues, upgrade plans, technical product documentation creation, up gradation & site coordination.
  • Service delivery issues/ pending work/ escalations point of contact.
  • Team support and process improvements through individual contributions.
  • Maintain and Update Knowledge Base and documentation & Initiate and implement processes improvements.
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written), Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • UCCE or PCCE Email & Voice communication skills & teamwork. Power point presentation/preparation and good excel related Analytics.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Cisco UC, UCCE, Voice gateway, call management, Webex, CVP, VMware, patch management, release management.

  • At least 10 Years of Experience.
