
Building Local Market Partnerships

We are seeking a self-motivated and target-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial in building local market relationships, operations, and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the market relationships from qualified lead proposal signed deals case studies referrals.
- Update database & initiate contact (call, WhatsApp, event, email) with MSMEs making consumer goods.
- Qualify leads based on case study potential (problem-aware, solution pulling, digital adopters, decision-maker access).
- Conduct structured prospect interviews, mystery shopping audits, and document structured notes to identify objections, needs, urgency & budget.
- Build trust by tailoring pitch to business culture, local language use, and maintaining follow-up cadence.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and maintain oversight of delivery team for local case studies & client referrals.
- Build partnerships with trusted local experts and events for visibility & credibility.
Incentive-Linked Compensation:
- Base salary + promising revenue-share incentives (monthly & quarterly)
- Extra bonus for exceeding closure targets (+110%/ +120%/ +135%/ +150%) and when every local case study generates inbound leads or client provides referrals.

- Onboarding training, pre-sales support & bi-weekly deal pipeline review.
- Digital brochures, proposals, contract templates & case studies.
- Event budgets + printed marketing material kits.
- Access to senior leadership for credibility at events.
