Senior Client Advocate Role

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for forging and nurturing strong relationships with our key enterprise clients. This senior position demands expertise in managing client expectations, ensuring successful adoption of our solutions, and delivering long-term business value.

  • Internal Representation: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to represent client interests and drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Executive-Level Discussions: Engage in senior-level conversations, aligning solutions with client goals and providing data-driven recommendations to deliver measurable value.
  • Client Feedback and Improvement: Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services, ensuring continuous growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a related field
