About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team at ASSPL - Maharashtra. As a Sales and Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for managing a set of partners across India, typically in tier 2/3 cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and recruit potential partners in assigned geographies
  • Train partners on operational processes and sales aspects
  • Manage recruitment of new sellers and add selection
  • Provide day-to-day operational support
  • Maintain invoicing and payout cycles for partners
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and quality

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Sales experience in e-commerce
