The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Snaphunt. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify and develop new customers to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs to drive business success.
  • Build strong and collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and provide regular competitor feedback to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2C Sales role, preferably in the Ed Tech and Education industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
