Job Title: Sales and Technical Solutions Expert
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused sales specialist to work closely with our internal stakeholders and clients to provide technical expertise, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and ensure customer success in adopting our solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, articulate the technical and business benefits of our solutions, and customize presentations and demos to address specific client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations of Tekla Structures, Tekla Structural Designer, and related solutions.
- Articulate the technical and business benefits of our solutions to various stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and executives.
- Customize presentations and demos to address specific client requirements.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and objectives.
- Recommend appropriate solutions and workflows tailored to their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the decision-making process.
- Work alongside sales teams to create compelling proposals and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by presenting at webinars, events, and conferences.
- Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in structural engineering, detailing, or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a presales or technical consulting role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in BIM/structural analysis software.
- Understanding of structural design, detailing, and construction workflows.
- Familiarity with related tools like Revit, Etabs, STAAD, and BIM platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
