Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Human Resources Leader to oversee all human resources functions for our organization.

The successful candidate will focus on strategic performance evaluation, workload analysis, and other key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and make informed hiring recommendations.
  • Partner with department heads on staffing needs and develop effective workforce planning strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with reputable recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and continually improve hiring processes.
Performance Management
  • Design and implement performance management systems that drive employee growth and development.
  • Facilitate annual performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Coach managers on best practices in performance management and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement employee development programs that align with organizational objectives.
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Create recognition and rewards programs that motivate employees.
Workload Review and Analysis
  • Conduct thorough workload assessments across departments to identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyze job roles and responsibilities for efficiency and recommend staffing adjustments accordingly.
  • Monitor employee productivity and satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve both.
  • Implement workforce planning strategies that meet business needs.
  • Develop metrics to track workload distribution and ensure optimal resource allocation.
Leave Management
  • Administer all employee leave programs (vacation, sick, FMLA) ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Process leave requests and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate coverage during employee absences and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
  • Update leave policies as needed to reflect changing business needs.
  • Generate leave utilization reports to inform HR decision-making.
General HR Functions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring fair and equitable treatment.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and ensure system integrity.
  • Prepare regular HR reports for senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a management role.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of performance management software and its applications.
