Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

This internship presents a unique opportunity to acquire hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates through job boards and databases.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, utilizing strong analytical skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Contribute to the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing comprehensive orientation materials.
  • Assist the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and HR information systems.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive work culture.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to organize employee engagement activities and events, fostering a sense of community.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, ensuring a welcoming and efficient work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferably with relevant coursework or experience.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a passion for learning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with advanced skills in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with job boards and recruitment software is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Hindi is preferred, and proficiency in Kannada is considered an added advantage.
  • Must be well-established in Bangalore and able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship period.

As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced HR professionals and develop a strong foundation in the field. You will work closely with our HR Manager to support all aspects of the HR function.
