Job Overview
We are seeking an HR Generalist Intern to join our Human Resources team.
This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
The selected candidate will assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and internal databases.
Additionally, they will coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Support will also be provided for onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation.
Maintenance of employee records and HR databases is a key responsibility of the role.
The intern will also assist with employee engagement and training program coordination.
Other responsibilities include routine HR administrative tasks and support for HR team initiatives.

Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
