Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern.

  • Assist in recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates through job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and implementing HRIS systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events, promoting teamwork and camaraderie.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes, driving growth and development.
  • Assist with general office administration and upkeep, contributing to a well-organized and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • Strong interest in human resources, driven by passion and motivation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, guaranteeing high-quality results.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, upholding trust and respect.
  • Familiarity with job boards is a plus, expanding your network and opportunities.
