About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Pre-Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Boston Institute of Analytics. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in generating high-quality leads for our sales team through cold calling on college data.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Engage with potential students via outbound calls to identify and qualify high-potential leads based on their educational and professional needs.
  2. Student Engagement: Explain course offerings, benefits, and outcomes to prospective students, building rapport and counseling them towards informed enrollment decisions.
  3. Follow-Up & Conversion: Schedule and execute timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and work towards converting qualified leads into enrolled students for the courses.
  4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system, providing regular updates and insights to improve strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • A minimum 1 year of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation (preferably in EdTech, Education, or Training industries).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and counsel potential students confidently, target-driven with excellent negotiation and follow-up abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
