IT Asset Management Professional

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Oversee Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes for accurate inventory tracking, asset optimization, and governance.
  • Lead Software Asset Management (SAM) programs ensuring license compliance, audit readiness, and effective vendor management.
  • Implement Cloud Insights practices to monitor, optimize, and report on cloud consumption and costs.
  • Maintain and govern Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset repositories, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IT governance standards.
  • Collaborate with teams for cost-effective asset management and reporting.
  • Conduct audits, reconciliations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate IT asset-related risks.
  • Train fresh graduates and junior IT staff on IT Asset Management processes, compliance, and tools.
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives within IT asset management.

  • Deep expertise in IT Asset Management platforms and frameworks.
  • Able to mentor and train new graduates and junior staff in industry best practices.
