ServiceNow Software Asset Management Job

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) to develop and customize ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM, collaborate with the architecture team to design and implement solutions, optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications, integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems, and provide technical guidance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience, familiarity with SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle, experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module, and programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages. Excellent written and oral communication skills are also essential.

Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with desirable experience in at least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations, custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API), and configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex issues
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
