Asset Management Specialist Role

This role focuses on overseeing the effective management of an organization's assets, ensuring their optimal utilization to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing asset management strategies, maintaining accurate records, and providing insightful analysis to inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing Power BI reports and create new dashboards as required, utilizing various data sources to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Participate in the preparation of quarterly meetings with senior stakeholders, coordinating with cross-functional teams and entities to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Steer the management of prudential regulatory liquidity ratios, ensuring compliance with both local and global requirements, and maintaining a robust understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis on the balance sheet, synthesizing insights to support strategic planning and informed decision-making.
  • Update policies and procedures in alignment with organizational directives, ensuring seamless integration and communication across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful reports for strategic monitoring.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of presenting information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Knowledge of the organization's balance sheet and regulatory ratios to support informed decision-making and drive business success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI, with familiarity with Alteryx being advantageous.
  • Self-motivated team player characteristics, with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
