Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to spearhead the sales pipeline and lead a team of professional relationship managers, driving business growth through successful loan product sales. This includes developing and executing strategic plans to expand customer base and increase revenue.

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of relationship managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive business expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven experience managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of loan products and sales processes.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
