Company Overview Smiligence is a dynamic IT software company specializing in providing innovative products and services Based in Madurai North we cater to a diverse clientele through our expertise in IT services and consulting With a team of 11-50 dedicated employees we emphasize delivering quality solutions to enhance client satisfaction Job Overview The Business Development Executive will play a key role within Smiligence working to expand client bases and partnerships across Madurai Virudhunagar Theni and Dindigul The position level is junior suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in business development This is a full-time internship or contract role offering a dynamic environment to grow and excel within the IT industry Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot is mandatory for managing client relationships effectively Mandatory skill Experience with lead generation tools is essential to identify and nurture potential business leads Mandatory skill Expertise in software sales processes is required to tailor solutions to client needs Mandatory skill Proficient in negotiation techniques to effectively close deals and foster long-term partnerships Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead acquisition Experience in B2B sales processes to cater to business clients with complex requirements Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate business solutions and engage with stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team driving initiatives to meet sales targets Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic business development plans to enhance company growth and client engagement Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the assigned regions Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions ensuring efficient tracking and follow-ups Engage in lead generation activities converting prospects into loyal clients through effective communication Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and sales pitches to meet client needs Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and Smiligence Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company s products and services to provide informed solutions to clients Prepare and deliver reports on sales activity performance metrics and forecasts to senior management
