Job Description

As a vital member of the International Business Division Team, you will collaborate closely with Senior Account Directors to serve as a liaison between clients. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project execution and develop a comprehensive understanding of client research problems.
  • Develop and localize research instruments to support project objectives.
  • Conduct In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies, and other data collection methods.
  • Monitor data collection and ensure quality control measures.
  • Identify issues and provide timely solutions to data collection teams.
  • Perform qualitative data analysis and report insights to clients.
Client Servicing
  • Manage communication with clients and collaborate throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide relevant market information to make clients comfortable with local markets.
  • Discuss issues proactively and offer actionable solutions.
  • Support field visits and ensure smooth operations.
Essential Skills/Competencies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong inter-team management skills.
  • Ability to derive qualitative insights and construct research reports.
  • Will to travel across India for project management and client visits.
