About the Role

We seek a skilled professional to lead product development from concept to launch, driving business growth through strategic decision-making and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Roadmap: Define and manage Agile ceremonies to drive product development forward.
  • User Requirements: Elicit and document user requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration and Prototyping: Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, flows, and prototypes that meet user needs.
  • Market Analysis and Customer Feedback: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Release Readiness: Partner with QA to ensure seamless release readiness.
  • Salesforce Solution Design: Drive Salesforce solution design aligned to healthcare workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • GenAI Integration: Integrate GenAI features with clear use-cases to enhance user experience.
Requirements
  • 4–8+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering and Agile practices.
  • Experience in Salesforce and/or healthcare domain.
  • AI literacy or hands-on GenAI experience.
Nice-to-Have
  • Salesforce certifications.
  • Healthcare interoperability knowledge.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools.
