
Business Development Executive

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry connections
- Generate qualified leads and follow up with potential clients to present relevant travel products and services
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized travel solutions, packages, and itineraries
- Prepare compelling business proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to customer needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with operations and reservations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Good understanding of travel destinations, tour packages, and customer expectations
Preferred Background
- 2 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales roles
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or leisure services industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and presentation tools
