Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements.
  • Event Planning: Develop comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with a network of reliable event service providers.
  • Expense Tracking: Track expenses and provide regular budget updates to clients and management.
  • Sales Target: Achieve monthly sales targets (B2B sales).
  • Client Communication: Deal with new and existing clients in a professional manner.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
