Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Navvyasa Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the SaaS industry, with a strong background in sales and business development.

About the Role

This is a remote opportunity that offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a high level of productivity and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospective clients' unique requirements and challenges regarding their GRC needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas.
  • Effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure to build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales support, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Work closely with your pod SDR to build a good pipeline coverage to hit revenue and logo goals.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting the customer's needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Using CRM software, maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements
  • Proven 4-6 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as a Hunting Account Executive or a similar role.
  • Previous experience handling North America.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Proficient with Hubspot, and Sales Navigator among other sales stack tools.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
