Technical Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the implementation and support of our company's infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have 9-11 years of experience in software and hardware infrastructure implementation and support.
  • A degree in IT/Computers or MCA is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify hardware and software requirements for product implementation.
  2. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hardware and software infrastructure.
  3. Design highly available product deployment architecture, networking architecture, storage architecture, virtualization architecture.
  4. Design network security according to customer requirements.
  5. Deploy hardware, software, and application monitoring tools.
  6. Use automation for deployments and system upgrades.
  7. Diagnose customer-reported problems or configuration issues and recommend solutions within agreed service level agreements.
  8. Provide technical reviews of user documentation, product requirements documents, product videos, and other functional specifications.
  9. Assist with knowledge-sharing initiatives, product release training, and documentation.
  10. Participate in design reviews of high-level designs and low-level designs with customers.
  11. Evaluate new technologies.
  12. Generate customer-requested reports and communicate with customers effectively.
