Product Licensing Support Specialist

We are a leading multi-physics CAE simulation software provider developing integrated solutions for the engineering transformation of products in various industries.

At our company, we're passionate about innovation and trusted partnerships. We're seeking a Product Specialist, Licensing & Installation Support who shares our values and focus on customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT-facing components of our software, provide technical support to customers, and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Assist customers with software installation and runtime issues, licensing problems, and antivirus-related concerns.
  • Define long-term vision for IT-facing components of our software, propose key feature improvements, and prioritize development.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to align IT-facing features with business goals and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant fields of study: Software Engineering, IT Systems, Network Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, product management, or IT roles, preferably in software or engineering industry.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing support roles, particularly technical support engineer, product specialist, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with software installation, licensing management tools (e.g., FlexNet, Sentinel), and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work from 3 pm to 11.59 pm IST to collaborate with global teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
