Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Guidance: Provide expert guidance to candidates throughout their interview process with stakeholders.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and key stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to manage various HR operations efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • Proactive in sharing updates and supporting the team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic.
  • Able to work well as part of a team while taking initiative independently.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 year of experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
