
Insurance Customer Relationship Manager

Job Description:
- The primary focus of this role is to concentrate on building and maintaining customer relationships through exceptional customer servicing.
- Meet sales targets by utilizing assigned leads generated through Branch operations team and customer database created by the call center team.
- Support customer needs in pre and post-sales requirements, including claim settlement.
- Achieve consistent minimum expected sales targets through regular customer meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any graduate degree; under-graduate candidates with 2 years of experience in sales are also considered.
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Excellent communication skills for establishing strong client relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
