Role Overview :
- This role focuses on building and maintaining customer relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Meet sales targets through assigned leads generated from internal systems and customer databases.
- Achieve product mix targets aligned with organizational strategy.
- Support customers with pre and post-sales requirements, including claim settlements.
- Maintain quality of business and persistency through renewals and premium management.
- Consistently meet minimum expected sales targets via customer meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Any Graduate, but under-graduate candidates with 2 years of sales experience can be considered.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferably in BFSI.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client relationship-building.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
