Our organization is seeking a Sales and Customer Experience Specialist to perform a variety of tasks including handling customer calls, following up with customers regularly, resolving issues, and collecting feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a positive customer journey by handling customer calls and following up with them regularly.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively via emails, calls, and chat channels.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage logistics and order management tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Ability to collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to grasp logistics and order management.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service or logistics role is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong fluency in English and Hindi.
