SAP SD Compliance Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD consultant with extensive knowledge in international trade and customs regulations to join our team as a Compliance Expert.

  • This role involves delivering training sessions on cross-border trade concepts, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks focused on SAP SD functionalities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting exercises on tariff classification, customs procedures, and export clearance in SAP SD.
  • Additionally, they will lead focusing on rules of origin, preference determination, and SAP SD configuration for free trade agreements.
  • Our ideal candidate will have expertise in managing import & export compliance and SAP SD automation.
  • They will guide learners through trade documentation management, preparing bills of lading, certificates of origin, letters of credit, and shipping instructions integrated into SAP SD workflows.
  • The role also involves facilitating end-to-end trade flow simulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proven expertise in SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) with a focus on international trade processes.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, free trade agreements, and import/export compliance requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with trade documentation and SAP SD workflow integration.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, teamwork, and facilitation skills.
  • Prior experience in delivering corporate training is an advantage.
