">About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide expert-level services in implementing and supporting SAP Concur modules for our global clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to travel, expense, and invoice processes to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Configure SAP Concur modules, including workflows, audit rules, and reporting, to optimize client operations.
  • Support integration activities between SAP Concur and ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Workday, or Oracle, to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Conduct thorough unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee high-quality results.
  • Provide post-go-live production support and troubleshooting to ensure minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Conur (Expense, Travel, and/or Invoice).
  • Strong configuration and administration skills across SAP Concur modules, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • A good understanding of integration approaches using SAP CPI, Boomi, or APIs, to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Familiarity with travel and expense policies, finance operations (AP/AR), and compliance standards (such as VAT/GST reclaim), to provide expert guidance.
  • The ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
  • SAP Concur certifications or formal training, along with experience working with SAP FI/CO or procurement processes and exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies, is highly desirable.
