Job Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager to lead our sales and customer success technology initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing, customizing, and optimizing CRM systems to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

  • Develop and implement automations, workflows, and reports to enhance team productivity and data accuracy.
  • Train users, enforce best practices, and serve as the primary CRM expert.
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale lead management, scoring, and customer journey tracking.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in CRM administration or management, preferably with HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Ability to manage integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills.

This role requires a highly skilled professional who can drive business growth through effective CRM management.
